Cancellation Policy

Byron Snack Factory requires that in the case of order cancellation it must be done  before your order has been sent out. Byron Snack Factory will keep $5 of order value for transaction fees, preparing work done and materials spent. Rest of the  order value will be re-funded back to the buyer. 

If the order has been sent out already, refund does not apply unless the buyer will organize shipping back to the retailer.

PRODUCT POLICY

If a product happens to be damaged while shipping, Byron Snack Factory does not take any responsibility.

If a buyer is receiving a damaged product by Byron Snack Factory's fault, the retailer will ship a new product or will apply for a full order refund.
